Made Strawberry Lemonade
Not what I was expecting but not something that my palate didn't like. Unlike the other Made drinks, this was a bit more indistinguishable. As one might guess if you're not some stupid idiot, strawberry is the star player, or as designers like to say but no one actually likes, the hero. The lemonade goes a bit unnoticed. It is in there but more of a miscellaneous, anonymous bitterness. There is no real taste of any lemon but the mix is still good, regardless.
This is my friend Dan's favorite Made drink, so for old Dan try a bottle. You won't be disappointed. Scouts honor. Does that matter if you were never in the scouts? Probably doesn't hold as much weight. Whatever, any member of the Thirsty Dudes could beat up a boy scout.

New Leaf The Tiger Half & Half Iced Tea Lemonade
New Leaf, New Leaf, New Leaf, what nature of genie gave you the recipes for your wonderful drinks? There certainly must have been some enchantment involved. Even the fine folks over at Sweet Leaf have one blunder in their product line (Mint & Honey Green Tea), yet we are now ten products deep in reviews for you and all of them have received a 4/5 or higher on the bottle chart (it's a scientific thing, you wouldn't understand). This is unprecedented in the world of Thirsty Dudes.
I think their secret is that they keep things simple. There are only 5 ingredients in this bottle; water, sugar, tea, lemon juice, natural flavors (and does that even count?). This is the first half & half that I've had where the lemonade is stronger than the tea. At first I thought it was going to be too much. That first sip was so tart. As I got deeper into the bottle, things calmed down and flavors started to shine like your dad's car that he made you wash and wax after you hit a baseball through your neighbors den window. It's still really tart, but lemonade is supposed to be. It's a nice change up from the norms of "Arnold Palmer."
I have one more bottle left to review. Let's see if they can make it 11/11.

Purity Organic Lemonade
In the first time in Thirsty Dudes history, a company challenged me. I loved it. A lady who shall remain nameless, challenged me personally to rethink my position on New Leaf based on my opinion of her company's lemonade.
To recap, I said that New Leaf lemonade is exactly what lemonade should taste like and I don't retract that one bit, even after drinking this.
So on to my review of this Purity Organic lemonade.
This is very good lemonade. It's got a great stingy bite to it and leaves you with the taste of real lemons on your lips. It's sweet, but real lemonade is sweet so that's good. It's not too sweet and actually, I can't think of anything that I would do to change it. I wouldn't say it's better, but it's so parallel with the New Leaf that I will say it's a tie and deserves the same rating.
Congratulations, Purity and you nameless lady/girl/woman. Your challenge has been accepted and you passed. You did it right. It says a lot since I've reviewed some lame lemonades on this site.
Based off the taste of this lemonade, I'm excited to try the half and half I have on a shelf at home. Come back for the review soon.

Skeleteens Black Lemonade
Adventure number two in the return to the world of Skeleteens didn't go as amazingly as number one. The Black Lemonade is still pretty rad, but it's not something that I'm going to crave.
On first sip, I was in love. This is really strong bitter slightly carbonated lemonade. The problem is it's a bit too strong. About 1/3 of the way through the 12oz bottle I could already tell I was starting to get a stomachache. I took about an hour break, and now I'm back into it.
Now that I'm at it again, it now tastes like carbonated lemonade that had some candy dissolved into it. You know how cola tastes when you drink it through a licorice straw? It's a similar effect as that, but with a different candy.
This also has all the crazy herbal ingredients in it, so I'm sure I'll have an energy freak out shortly.
Oh and they weren't kidding. This stuff is black. Hold it up to a light and it is just darkness, it doesn't have a red or blue tint at all.

Purity Organic Mango Wonder
Lemon and lime, lemon and ginger, iced tea and lemon, lemon water...these are all flavors I am familiar with. Something I've never had before is a mango and lemon mix. Where have you been all my life? Okay, scratch that, I did have mango lemonade, but that was so tart that I almost forgot about the mango aspect. In this bottle is the perfect blend of the two fruits. Both flavors are very distinct without being overpowering. I think that it helps that the base of this drink is a lemon-mango puree. No artificial garbage in this baby, just pure organic greatness.
The bottle says that Purity Organic is the largest US supplier of fresh organic mangoes. For that I salute them. It is a wonderful fruit that I need more of in my life, my mouth, and my stomach.

Made Pomegranate Lemonade
Not as good as the blueberry but good nonetheless. Right on the first sip you get a strong sting from the lemonade. Right in the cheeks, which is right where it should be. Then it's followed up by "a fruit" flavor. It's got the tartness of a pomegranate, but doesn't really have the flavor of one. Even still, the flavor is good.
It kind of reminds me if you ate some canned/jellied cranberries like you would (hopefully) have on Thanksgiving and then wash it down with some cool, refreshing lemonade. It’s something to think about trying. Could be good. Probably is good.

Sweet Leaf Half & Half Lemonade Tea
Imagine this. You've been on tour for a long time. You're completely beat and down in Austin, TX to play a festival. It has been pouring all weekend, and it's an outdoor festival. You go back stage and it seems like the only non-alcoholic beverage for the bands is Red Bull (why is that always the case?). Suddenly you see a barrel with a different logo on it. What's this you say? Sweet Leaf? Never heard of it. You grab a bottle and on first sip you realize this is a force to be reckoned with. Then you drink about 20 of them over the coarse of the weekend and watch Mission of Burma, Gorilla Biscuits and Danzig all in a row. That was my first experience with Sweet Leaf. Somehow the tea left a bigger impression on me than seeing nonstop amazing bands.
I can't believe it took me so long to review this. It's by far my favorite Sweet Leaf flavor. Unfortunately, I also believe it's the only one not available in Buffalo.
Even though the ingredients are water, tea, cane sugar and lemon juice, this tastes like it has some light spices in it. It's just incredible. It's the perfect blend. Neither the tea nor lemonade is overpowering.
If you are in any way a fan of "Arnold Palmer" grab a case or eight of these and never look back.

Made Blueberry Lemonade
Good, very good. I will say exceptional. It's so sincere and without covers. Naked, if you will. You can taste everything just the way that it was intended. The blueberries are bitter but sweet. The lemonade is bitter but sweet. All together, you want to guess how it tastes? Answer? Fantastic.
This, I will append, is an adult drink. I feel that it's bitter in the beginning so much that kids might not like it because they love sweet all the way through. It's 50% bitter in the beginning and smoothes out at the end and leaves you with the memory of a good drink. No bad aftertaste and no strange flavors.
Made, thank you for making this and making it available at a reasonable price (Big Lots for less than $1 USD) and making pomegranate lemonade, which I will review next week. If you can get your hands on this, do it and thank me in the comment section. If you don't like it, curse me in the comment section.

Hubert's Lemonade Mango
Wow when that first sip hits you this is so incredibly sour. It tastes like your drinking the lemon concentrate that comes in those little plastic lemon shaped bottles. With each future sip you become more acclimated with it and it doesn't seem nearly as sour. At first I thought it was too much, and that I wouldn't be able to finish it. After a few more gulps, I was really enjoying it. I super tart lemonade with a nice mango overtone. It's a little harsh, and I couldn't drink it on the regular, but it would be a nice treat from time to time. I wish I had drunk it when it was super hot outside. You know, how lemonade is meant to be enjoyed.
The same company makes this that makes Hansen's sodas. They know how to made a great pop and interesting lemonade. Bravo.

Chadwick Bay Lemonade Original
I wouldn't exactly say, "just how mama made it" as mom probably used real sugar and not a corn based sugar substitute, but the taste is pretty spot on. It's got a good tartness and a good sweetness to it and neither lingers too long in your mouth like an unwanted guest and we all know what that's like.
I saved the other half for just the right occasion, and that might be coming up soon as I am pretty thirsty. You get that way occasionally.
