Lipton 100% Natural Citrus Green Tea

I have a love/hate relationship with good common beverages. I hate it because it makes people complacent with what they can get at everyday grocery stores. They won't look elsewhere for new, high quality beverages. It's a jerk move on my part, hence the love/hate part of this review. I love that this drink is out, and that it's good, and that it isn't horrid for you, and that the flavors are actually good. Back to hate. I don't like that this drink is so good that people will potentially run "the small guy" out of business. This drink has the subtle bitterness of green tea mixed with really good lemon and lime flavors. It's exactly what you want it to taste like. Also, the Reb A in there is indistinguishable so haters cannot complain about that. It's used for what it's supposed to be for, cutting calories while simultaneously sweetening the drink.

Lipton, you've done a spectacular job on this. Everything is just as it should be, like when you go to a fancy dinner and all the silverware is in the right place and you actually can't complain about anything. You love to complain about stuff and when you can't, you feel back trying to find things to complain about because for a limited time, everything is alright.

Paradise Key Citrus Green Tea

Paradise Key Citrus Green Tea

I'm pretty sure Jimmy Buffet is involved in the production of this tea. I mean it says Margaritaville right on the label, and I can only image papers would have been served if he weren’t. If I ever get sued, it better be by someone like Jimmy Buffet, someone completely random. I can't imagine this ever being served at Mr. Buffet's paradise island without someone ruining it by pouring a bunch of rum into it. Gross. I'm glad that I was able to get to it before some idiot messed it up by turning it into a cocktail. Green tea and orange is a pretty great combination. When this is ice cold it's a pretty perfect beverage. It's not insanely sweet, but sweetened enough as to not be bitter. I'd drink these in a beach bungalow all the live long days.

Sweet Leaf Citrus Green Tea

Sweet Leaf Citrus Green Tea

Sweet Leaf is by far my favorite iced tea on the market. I used to only be able to find it down south, but it has recently been making its way into stores up near us. The citrus green tea is one of the best flavors this company has. Not too sweet, with just the right amount of lemon/lime/orange. For those of you old enough to remember, it strangely reminds me of Ecto Cooler drink that Hi-C used to make. If you are a fan of flavored teas, I can do nothing but sing the praises of Sweet Leaf.
