Power Coco Coconut Water Sports Drink Tangerine
You know how I like my coconut drinks? When they don't taste like coconut. {pause for laughter} I like coconut just fine in small amounts shaven atop an iced cream but in drinks, unless they are ice friggin' cold, as far away as possible. They're typically just dusty, chalky messes of liquid that should have never been made in the first place. Yeah, I know it's harsh but I don't give a rip. Drink like a normal person and tell me you haven't had to refrigerate a drink to refresh it or just flat out thrown it in the filth can. Come on. Be honest. I don't care. I've dumped plenty of drinks because of those reasons. Sure, I drink more than the normal person, but in ratio, aren't we all the same?
This drink held on to its decency for longer than most. It had an "orange drink" taste more than an actual fruit but it wasn't a bad taste. The entire time it did taste like coconut but they don't make coconut drinks to completely disguise the core flavor. That's just stupid. It was almost like you watered down juice with some coconut water. Neither flavors are bold and in your face but rather subtle and, dare I say, nice.
Coconut, you're getting better. I now have the power to go into the blistering cold and get my little buddy from day care. Without you, I might have just left him there to fend for himself in the snow to take the bus home and be a friggin' man. You're almost two. Get a job and take the bus.

Barrilitos Sabor De Mexico Tangerine
There is something about sodas from Mexico. All of the fruit flavored pop I’ve ever tried from that southern nation all have a similar taste to them. I don’t really know what it is, but it is not present in other fruit flavored pops I’ve had. It’s this certain sweetness that I just can’t put into words. If you’ve tries Barrilitos, Jarritos or Goya you may know what I speak of.
So this has that specific Mexican sweetness, but it also has a fake tangerine flavor. This is to tangerines what Crush is to oranges. They don’t really taste like the fruit, but we like them anyways. If tangerine sodas were in the everyday spectrum of sodas in your grocery store, this wouldn’t stand out at all, but since it’s rare that you get to taste a pop of this flavor I am a fan of it.
I would also like to state that I am proud of myself for not being a glutton. In the past I would have downed this 24oz bottle of soda in 10-15 minutes. It’s now 5 hours later and I still have half a bottle. It’s the little things, you know?

Wawa White Tea Tangerine
Wawa: The Pride of Pennsylvania. Now that’s a slogan the state should look into. Sure I know there are Wawa stores in a couple other states, but I always associate it with PA, specifically Philadelphia. They are truly something to be proud about as well. I’ve been in an obscene amount of gas stations, mini marts and convenient stores in my day and I can safely say that Wawa falls in the top three greatest I have ever been in. The greatest of their achievements is their ever-expanding line of iced teas. They are a made with real sugar and actual brewed tea, something to boast about in the world of store brands. My most recent trip to Philly was the first time I had seen this flavor there. I quickly grabbed it and some soft pretzels and made my way for the door (well after paying of course). Once outside I clicked a quick picture and downed most of the bottle with my salty bread products. It was a wonderful combination. The surprising thing about this tea is how much it actually tastes like tangerines. I’ve had a few tangerine flavored drinks in my time and I have to say this is one of the more authentic tasting ones. The goose has shown us the way once again.

Columbia Gorge Pure Squeezed Tangerine
After having this tangerine juice, I could never go back to drinking orange juice. Although, this isn't just tangerine despite the front label. It's actually a blend of tangerine, mandarins, and tangelos. I'm not complaining though. I don't know how Columbia Gorge does it, but their juices are so tasty! Somehow this manages to be really refreshing and filling at the same time. If I drank a bottle of this every morning, I'd be set until lunchtime. This has a really nice tart flavor to it, which I really enjoy. Normally I hate pulp in juice, but there's only a slight amount in here and it's really small pieces so it doesn't bother me too much.

Pacific Simply Tea Tangerine
Hmm. Sometimes you drink something and it makes you think. I feel that Pacific has one vat of tea that they make and mix in with all of their drinks, and why shouldn't they? Why would they make multiple vats of the same drink to use in different drinks? Part of going back to the same company is that you like something that they do. The green tea used for Pacific drinks is very bitter and very long lasting. If you like that, hey, you're welcome I found them for you. If you like a quick bite and then a prompt release, you probably won't be crazy. Look, these drinks are good and they don't mess around with flavors and additives and stuff. Little bit of sugar, lotta bit of green tea, moderate bit of flavor. It's tea first, after all. Why should they add something to it? Oh, so that they can sell more product? Good idea and smart thinking, marketing department.
This tea tastes like a bitter tea with the rind/zest of a tangerine. It's made from real orange juice concentrate and natural tangerine flavor, but they use it in a "gourmet" sense and not a "BAM with flavor" sense. Do I punish them for it? No. They are clearly trying to target people with more sophisticated taste buds. I do have this, but maybe I've drunk too many Pacific drinks this week and my palate has become bored.
I'll give it some time and come back for more later.
