Mong Lee Shang Pearl Soybean Drink With Tapioca Balls
As to be expected, this is pretty much sweetened soymilk. The flavor is nothing fancy. I was bummed because I didn't get any tapioca balls for the first half of the can. I was afraid it had disintegrated or just weren't added to this can. Then I got a sip that was pretty much all tapioca. So if you ever get one of these remember to shake it. For anyone who's ever had bubble tea, it's the same idea. If you're not familiar they are pretty much flavorless little gelatinous balls that add a fun little texture.

Izze Sparkling Pomegranate
This is the best Izze flavor that I've ever had. The seltzer water flavor is all but nonexistent. It's also the first beverage I've ever had (excluding Pom) that actually tastes like pomegranate. Bitter yet sweet at the same time. It's nice to actually get the real flavor without having to pay a butt load, or spend hours disassembling the fruit.

Steaz Iced Teaz Peach
You know when you go to the grocery store, and peaches aren't really in season, but they still have them? You have the hankering, and you just need to buy one. You get out to the parking lot, and bite into that juicy round fruit, only to realize that it's not quite ripe. That's what the peach flavoring in this tea tastes like. It's like the peach needs a couple more days to soften up a little. In the world of real fruit that can be annoying, but in the world of tea, it's quite delicious. The tea is sweetened, but not so much as it overpowers the peach flavor.

Hansen's Natural Cane Soda Pomegranate
I really wanted to love this soda because I love pomegranate flavored drinks. Sadly, this soda doesn't have a strong flavor. It tastes like sparkling water with some sugar and a hint of pomegranate flavoring. But if you like pop that is light on flavor, this is definitely for you.

Lall's Mango
This is a mango juice for kids. It tastes like the other mango juices I've had with way more sugar added. I should have been tipped off because it's called "Mango Drink" and not juice or puree. Don't get me wrong, I think it's tasty, but for the sake of my health I'm going to reach for a Goya or Looza when I want a mango beverage.

Martinelli's Apple Juice
Imagine if you will, a story involving any random college dude-bro who talks to himself.
Dude. I don't want to drink. After an all week binge of the lowest quality, domestic beer, I need something else. I need something with no added sugar and something that's not strange. I can't deal with anything half gelatinous or spicy. I also think that I need something the size and shape of a baseball. Got it, I'll have a step above a child's size apple juice.
This was a wonderful apple juice. Sure I feel childish drinking apple juice but I also don't shave and don't terribly care what people think. Giving it a 4. I would love to play flip cup with a keg of this apple juice. Can you keginate apple juice?

Wonderfarm Green Grass Jelly Drink
Wonderfarm has the strangest tasting drinks. The last one I had tasted like Kix cereal, and this tastes like red beans. This is 100% not what I expected at all. It is also jam packed with 1/4" cubes of grass jelly. The cubes don't really have any flavor, but they make it fun to drink. I didn't realize it was from Vietnam, but now that I do the flavor makes more sense. It's not bad. It's just unlike anything I would expect from a cold beverage. The further I got along in the can the more I enjoyed it. Maybe I'll get this again some day.

Boylan's Creamy Red Birch Beer
Until I came across Boylan's, I had no idea that there were different types of birch beer. This is their "Creamy Red" version. It definitely has the creaminess of a cream soda, with the bite of a birch beer. The bite isn't as strong as other birch beers I have had, but it's nice to have the option. So far I have been a fan of all of the Boylan's drinks I have tried, so I will keep sampling all of their wares I come across.

Yeo's Chrtsanthemum Tea Drink
This is surprisingly good, like "would buy again" good. If I had to describe the taste, it would just be a black tea with a lot of cane sugar. I didn't get much chrysanthemum, which was honestly a bummer. I kind of wanted a nice, light flowery drink. There was an element of "something" which I'm assuming was chrysanthemum, but the sugar was a bit overpowering. Not too overpowering, but enough to beat the race to the finish line with the pre-desired flower taste.
Still it wasn't bad. I was hoping for a little dirty, garden flower taste, but, alas, it was not delivered.

Trader Joe's Organic Tea & Lemonade
First off, how awesome is the old time golf guy on the front of this? I'm pretty sure it's their way of incorporating the well-known name of this drink (an Arnold Palmer) without the ability to use the famous golfer's name.
This is the first lemonade/tea mix that I've found that is organic so I was very happy about that. While I have not had many, I must say this is my favorite I've ever tasted. Arizona's half and half is good, but the HFCS and aspartame just don't go well with how delicious this drink is. For that reason, I was so happy to see this was made with organic cane sugar. A glass of this goes down really smooth, and it's the perfect mixture of tea and lemonade. My only complaint is that it isn't available in smaller bottles. I would love to stock up my fridge with 20oz bottles of this. But for now, I'll still enjoy this out of the 64oz containers it's sold in.

Saranac Orange Cream
I was a bit disappointed in this soda. I expected it to be like drinking a melted creamsicle. Instead it just tastes like generic pop lightly flavored with orange and vanilla. It also doesn't help that it's sweetened with HFCS. By the bottom of the bottle the flavor got stronger, but not enough to make me want to drink it again.

Regatta Ginger Beer
This is one of the mellowest ginger beers I have ever had. It smelled like it was going to be pretty brutal, but scents can be deceiving. I know this is a ginger beer, but it tastes exactly what I have always wanted from a ginger ale. It has a slight burn, but not to the extent that it makes it hard to drink. It has some fruit in it, so maybe that is what tames it.

Dr. Pepper Cherry
I wonder why major soft drink companies decided that cherry was the flavor they were going to add to all of their drinks. First there was Cherry Pepsi. Then there was Mountain Dew Code Red. Now Dr. Pepper Cherry. Maybe they tried making Dr. Pepper Orange and it just wasn't good.
This incarnation of cherry infused soda is alright. I like that it's colored red instead of the normal brown that Dr. Pepper is. Some sips taste like cherry soda with a hint of Dr. Pepper, and others taste the exact opposite. It goes down much smoother than normal Dr. Pepper, and doesn't have as much of the usual aftertaste. I got this can for free in downtown Portland. I'm assuming they were trying to get people to be interested in their products, but I doubt I'll ever buy this because it's not amazing.

Paradise Mango Bits
This is not nearly as good as I had expected it to be. The mango flavor somehow isn't very strong. It's actually pretty acidic. It seems to be on the verge of having that post vomit burn that everyone hates in their throat. The bits of mango are nice though. They are bigger than expected. It also comes in one of those cans that have the heavy bottom. Those have always annoyed me for some unknown reason.

Wonderfarm Winter Melon Tea
Kid tested. Mother approved. This drink tastes exactly like liquefied Kix cereal. It also smells like corn chips. So so so so so so strange. This is supposed to be a melon flavor. I don't get it. The picture makes it look like honeydew was spliced with a squash. I don't think I will be revisiting this.

Looza Peach Nectar
When I was in Europe a couple of years ago, this is what I drank in most of the bars we were at. I instantly fell in love, and was pumped when I found it back in the States. It's a nice thick puree made from the world's most perfectly ripened peaches. If you even remotely like peaches I highly recommend that you try this out.

Flying Bison Mint Cream Soda
We found out that a local brewery, Flying Bison, had started brewing some sodas as well. We stopped in today and the flavor they had was mint cream soda. We ever so excitedly grabbed a growler of it and were on our way. We hadn't even made it into the car before we had cracked it open. Oh man is was good. It smelled way too minty for its own good, but the smell was deceiving. It's a great cream soda. The mint hits you right away, but the aftertaste is mostly cream soda. As an added bonus when you lick your lips, you get to revisit the mint. After a few sips we decided it reminded us a lot of Vanilla Scope mouthwash, but in a completely not gross way. It in no way feels like your drinking mouthwash, but that was our only comparison for a vanilla mint combo. If you're in Buffalo, head over to Flying Bison sometime and pick some of their soda up. I can't wait to head back and try some other flavors.

Kato Apple and Lemon
I enjoy chunks in my drinks. I like pulp in my orange juice, I like aloe vera drinks and for these reasons I was excited to try this. What's in it? Coconut jelly. They're gummy, too, so you have to chew it. You can swallow them whole, but I like the texture. Also, apple and lemon? Sign me up. This drink did have a little...bite(?) that you get from artificial flavors sometimes. Especially with Asian juice drinks, I feel that I get this strange tangy taste. This, unfortunately, kills my review.
I don't know why, but I think kids will like it. Kids are more adventurous than adults.
I've got more coconut themed drinks on the way thanks to a newfound Asian market.

Barr Irn Bru Original
I can't put my finger on this. It's not bad, but it's not anything I would feel the need to drink again. According to one "source" this is the official drink of Scotland. If so, Scotland, you can do better. This is clearly a soft drink but the flavor is a mix between soda water, orange, and bubble gum. If someone could sum it up better than that, please, do so.

Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Pressè
We're getting a little high class here. This drink was imported from the U.K. The bottle makes it look like a white wine, but fortunately for us it didn't smell like death and decay. It has a weird fruity/flowery smell and taste. It kind of reminds me of lychee, but a bit more floral. I feel like it could accent a meal very nicely, but drinking it on it's own might be a little much. It was a bit pricey at $7 a bottle, but hey it's imported.
