I've had chocolate coconut water that tasted like it could have come right off the tree in that form, but this tastes like two separate thing that just happened to get put in the same can. Lucky for us they are two enjoyable things and they don't ruin each other at all. I enjoyed this, but it feels like they rushed to get it to market and didn't make it as good as it could have been.

There is still enjoyment to be had with this beverage, but it falls in a grey area where it doesn't quite taste like coconut water nor does it full taste like a chocolate drink. It's floating in an in-between realm where chocolate has a slightly fruity taste to it. I've been here before and I can tell you it's not where I want to be. For me it's either go heavy on the chocolate, or leave it out altogether.

Recent studies suggest that coconuts kill five times more people than sharks. In an effort to curb these nauseating results, Harvest Bay went back to the drawing board and decided that they would mix their coconut water with iced coffee so that you can be faster and have more pep in your step so that you can avoid those pesky falling coconuts. Sure, they had to do a lot of testing and kill a lot of test subjects but they were murdering thieves so, you know, who cares? They would give them regular coconut water and throw coconuts at them. Then they would give them coconut water with iced coffee and they were faster for longer to help them avoid those dreaded coconuts.

The felons that lived described the coconut water with iced coffee in it as "Still pretty coconutty" and "lightly coffee'd." Criminals love to make up their own words. It wasn't sweetened but still had a pretty genuine coffee and coconut taste. The coconut was stronger than the coffee but nonetheless, a pretty decent drink.

In a world where flavored beverages are overly heavy on the flavor, to an extent that the taste of the base is lost, it's nice when a company takes it easy on the old flavor tasters. Pearl Royal does just that with this delicious coconut water. There is but a hint of lemon and lime flavor. I wouldn't be surprised if they stumbled upon this when someone didn't properly rinse a glass that has been used to house some sort of lemon lime beverage and then refilled it with coconut water. It's such a minor addition of flavor, but it goes a long way in making your refreshment experience just a tad different. Oh yeah it also comes in this awesome container, so that's a bonus.

I'm not a betting man but if you asked me ten years ago if you should invest in coconut futures, future Mike would say that you should. Previously only known as a topping for ice cream and a filling for Mounds and Almond Joy, now it's everywhere. Everywhere includes the homebase of one of our favorite juice companies, Purity.

Problem with all these coconut waters is that the point of it is to just have 100% pure, clean, unaltered coconut water. What does that do to the drinks? It makes them all the same. Coconut water is turning into orange juice and apple juice where it all tastes the same. What does this taste like? Oh, it tastes like if you cracked open a coconut with a machete and dumped it in a cup. Well what does that one taste like? It tastes like if you broke open a coconut on a rock and poured it into a cup. How about that one over there? It tastes like you put a nail into it, pulled the nail out and put in a straw and a little umbrella.

This is good. It's clean and crisp. It's clearly naturally sweetened and there is nothing in there you would second-guess giving to your kids, although I don't know any kids that would rather drink coconut water than, say, chocolate milk. That is a crowd pleaser. Coconut water? It's fine. Just fine. This? It's fine.

I don't know what kind of standards you are used to but seriously this is good. You know what? I'm done. No. I'm done with you. You and your beautiful tight fade and tight beard. Peace, bruh. I have to bone to pick with the world, the universe, humanity, etc. For 30 some odd years I wandered through life thinking that I hated all things coconut and no one tried to tell me otherwise. You see all I had been exposed to was that toasted garbage that goes on desserts, which is some of the worse tasting trash that has ever graced my tongue. I never knew there was another side of coconut, a fresh side. Finally, for the sake of this website, I drank some coconut water. It wasn't bad at all. It wasn't my favorite thing in the world, but it was a whole new beast compared to what I was used to. I would occasionally drink them, and the world was an okay place to be. Then this bottle of coconut water showed up at my door looking for a stomach to call its own. For a week I ignored it, but today I was feeling a bit sluggish, so I gave it a go. WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME THAT THIS EXISTED?!?!?!?!

This is pure glory. It is 100% natural coconut water and juice. There are no concentrates involved. This essentially tastes like a giant ripped open a coconut with its giant strength, then it squeezed the hell out of a pineapple to extract its juice into the open coconut. Finally it took it easy and squeezed a little bit of lime juice in it. For that giant, that would probably be less than a shot of liquid, but for me it's perfect. It tastes ridiculously fresh like you wouldn't believe. It's a taste that I didn't know existed in the world. So I thank you dear giant and I say screw off to the rest of the world for not letting me know that such a delicious beverage could exist.

I need better fans in my screen printing shop. It's so ridiculously hot in there, and I have to wear a stupid shirtsleeve as a headband or else I'll drip all over the shirts. I drink well over a gallon of water a day in there, and it's still never enough. After my shift today I felt so completely dehydrated that I knew I needed to treat myself to some coconut water. It's true that when they are ice cold they are one of the most refreshing beverages to ever exist. I may not be a plant, but that doesn't mean that my body doesn't sometimes craze electrolytes.

All of my life I have stayed away from anything pina colada flavored because of my extreme hatred of toasted coconut. I assumed that all coconut tasted like that, but I later learned I was wrong. Coconut water can be great, and so can pina coladas. That is essentially what this is and it was great. It was so good, and so refreshing that in less than a minute the carton was empty and I was looking for more. When your ingredients are natural pineapple juice and natural coconut water, can you really go wrong? For a brief moment my mind was a tropical island and I was enjoying a nice cool breeze. Then I realized I still had another order to print so I went back down to the shop and all of my refreshment was sweat out of me.

Buffalo weather is really weird. It's less than a week until October and all of a sudden it's over 80 degrees today. Three days ago I was wearing pants and a hoodie, and still feeling a little cold. Today, I'm sweating in shorts and a t-shirt, even with an iced coffee in my hand. I'm sure some people are super stoked it's so nice today, but I want hoodie weather!

Being the "thirsty dude" that I am, I have plenty of drinks in my cupboard to battle the heat and quench my thirst. I wish I could call this a juice box, but it does not contain juice nor did it come with a straw (sadly). Its contents however make up for the lack of a straw because it's delicious. The mixture of coconut and mango is perfect, and it's definitely thirst quenching. This isn't as creamy as other coconut water's I've had, but I still really like it. It's more like a light mango juice with a smooth coconut aftertaste. Perfect for a hot day like today.

In the past six months I've gone from thinking that coconut water was worse than a cup full your gross uncle spit from his chew to becoming a fan. I still think it's completely disgusting when it's warm, but give me a nice tall ice cold glass of it and I will show you a refreshed individual.

When I saw there was a guava coconut water I knew that I needed it to continue my existence on this planet. I get that way about most things guava flavored. I'm glad I get that reaction because this is the best coconut water I have ever tasted. It could be due to the guava, or it could be that I think this is the only coconut water I've had that has a sweetener added to it. Either way it's sweet, refreshing and has a strong guava taste. I highly recommend it.
